How is it a scam exactly? They announced a tenative tourney, and didnt hold it. No money was taken from anyone concerning the tourney. So how exactly is it a scam? Scams involve money or something tangible.
True, but it would be hard to make that case in a court of law. But since Virgin Gaming isnt a part of EA, you wouldnt be able to make the case of false advertising like the guy claims in the article. At least when game sales are considered.
