Viewing Xbox forums

When I visit the forums on xbox.com, I frequently get the error message that follows:

Uh oh... That shouldn't have happened.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

This has happened on 3 different browsers and multiple machines on multiple networks.

What further troubleshooting can I perform to help resolve the problem?

Send a PM to a member of support (Mister Gwyther, Mister Fitzer, Miss Portia) and they should be able to fix it for you. I had the same problem a few weeks ago and that's the only way I could get it fixed.

Hi there Luck!  Have you tried clearing your system cache on your Internet browser?  I am on here hours throughout the day and have not experienced any of those kinds of issues (I use Google Chrome).  You may also want to try resetting your router/modem to see if that helps as well. :)
