Very unhappy customer...

I've been trying to cancel my Xbox Live account for 2 weeks now, but every time I go to I've been getting this screen:

I must have tried 5 or 6 separate times in the last two weeks to get in and close my account. Today I get an email that I've been automatically rebilled for the next 3 months! I don't think this is right, so I would like to have the latest charge refunded and then I'd like to close the account. I fortunately figured out a backdoor way to get into the Xbox forums via the Windows Live site, but your website ought to be working correctly regardless. I'm holding off on closing it now until I hear back via this forum or some other way.

To cancel your xbox LIVE account you will have to call the xbox support line for your region, they should also be able to refund you your money for the subscription that has just renewed as well.
