Very high packet loss

Hello,

I am currently experiencing very high packet loss (over 50%) on the Microsoft network, which leads me to believe it could be the cause of some of the connection issues I am experiencing.

Here is an MTR result which should help to show the packet loss I am experiencing.

Hey there Carrot! Have you tried calling your ISP to see if anyone else with your ISP is having packet loss connecting with the MS servers?

There is currently a problem with Xbox LIVE. The tech team are working hard to fix the issue and once they do, you should be able to connect to the service without further issues. Please create your own thread if you have any further questions or problems. Users are encouraged to create their own threads so that the focus of support can be directed at the author.

You should be good to get online now as the 360 service alert seems to have been removed from the service alert page. If you still cant get online, please try testing your connection to see if that resolves the matter for you.
