Have you tried resetting your router and or modem.. Wait 3 minutes then plug them back in? If not please try doing that.. Once you do that.. Try running a connection test on your console and let us know if there is any errors popping up because the service
alert for Xbox Live for those affected by the FiOS issue has been lifted..
