Verifying An Email That I No Longer Have Access To

Hi,

 I recently tried to log into another account on my Xbox One. I entered the email address followed by the password which led me to a screen saying that I would need to check the email associated with that account. The problem is, I no longer have that email. I tried to add another alias via the live.com website, but I wasn't able to because I never verified the email address connected to the account while I still had access to it. What can I do? Thanks

Keep in mind that account.live.com has changed since I made the post so its going to be little different, but I had another gamer pm me saying that this helped him. Feel free to pm me, your best bet is to contact support.
