I just used the auto call back option on the support page to cancel the auto renewal... I got the same error message online....what a coincidence...haha If you go to support and find the option for them to call you it should work. It was less than a minute
for me (9pm Friday night probably helped). Don't bother trying to call them. I agree this should be reported its clearly a ploy to keep you subscribed.
