Hi, I'm using a 16 GB usb memory device for storage, and even though I only have 4 GB in use currently, it says I only have 2.9 GB free. What is all that extra space being used by and how do I free it back up?
The Xbox itself only uses 512 MB of space that you can't access, so that shouldn't be responsible for the type of gap you're talking about. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that would eat up space without you being able to see it. Have you
gone into System > Storage to see what's displayed on the USB drive?
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
