URGENTE - Spanish - ARGENTINA

A quien corresponda:

Creo a esta altura una falta total de respeto la ausencia del soporte de Microsoft Xbox Live.  Desde ARGENTINA, llamé telefónicamente al soporte de ESPAÑA, al de CHILE e incluso al de USA y todas las respuestas fueron igualmente poco útil y a saber: "Sr. Comuníquese con el soporte de su país".  Acaso no entienden que en ARGENTINA no hay soporte de Microsoft?

Les voy a comentar cual es el GRAN problema:

1)En ARGENTINA no hay soporte ni servidores oficiales.  Aunque hace mas de 2 años vienen prometiendo soporte, hasta el día de la fecha no hay respuesta alguna.

2)Al estar en una "zona" sin soporte, el servidor de Microsoft detecta que la IP es de Argentina y NO DEJA BAJAR CONTENIDO.  Es decir, que alguien se sentó y editó un archivito .txt para que esto suceda.

3)Cuando compramos un cuenta GOLD, compramos puntos Microsoft o cuando contratamos el servicio de ZUNE (en mi caso con tarjeta de crédito), el servidor TAMBIEN detecta que la operación se realiza desde el IP de Argentina. Es decir, para COBRAR si anda, que alegría!!! pero cuando uno se hace de mas de 5000 puntos, compra juegos, compra accesorios, contrata servicios, etc,. Luego se da cuenta que es literalmente UNA ESTAFA.

Ej: Hay contenidos que están disponibles en TODAS las regiones, como por ejemplo los mapas del Call of Duty Black Ops.  Cuando uno los intenta bajar desde Argentina, nos dice que no es compatible con la zona.  Cuando intenta ver un video, no es la zona, y así con todos los contenidos que SI estan disponibles para TODAS LAS ZONAS.  Osea que simplemente se soluciona liberando el IP de Argentina.

Algunos datos:

El precio de la Xbox en ARGENTINA es de u$900.

El precio de los juegos ronda los u$60 - u$130.  Y rogar que alguien los consiga porque no hay. A eso hay que sumarle el envío internacional porque recuerden que NO hay soporte.  Algunos usuarios, al no tener JUEGOS, SOPORTE, etc, disidieron "flashear" la consola, lo que incrementa el costo en unos u$150. Pero Microsoft, bien o no, BANEA las consolas.  El desafortunado usuario compra nuevamente una consola para poder conectarse a Internet haciendo lo posible para conseguir juegos, puntos, etc. Todo termina en lo mismo. Con los precios que se pagan por tener una Xbox, tendrían que darnos UN PREMIO y no UN CASTIGO!

Ej: mi experiencia con ZUNE:  Contraté el servicio (que supuestamente tenía unos días de prueba gratis), y solicita los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito.  Cuando me llego el resumen estaba pagando u$17 mensual por el servicio de ZUNE.  Al tercer mes, le di de baja. Aún tenia 23 días que ya había PAGADO que incluso me lo decía el sistema, pero no me dejó escuchar mas música. Obviamente intenté reclamar pero recuerden: Sr. Lllame al soporte de "SU REGION" Me ESTAFARON nuevamente 20 días de ZUNE.

Somos MILES de ARGENTINOS en la misma situación y realmente estamos cansados que nos ESTAFEN por el simple hecho de ser un País en crecimiento.

Solicito una solución al respecto en los próximos días o lamentablemente nos veremos en la obligación de tomar todas las medidas que sean necesarias para salvaguardar nuestros derechos.

Apoyo tu reclamo... Vivo en Argentina y sufro los mismos problemas. Solucione un poco la compra de juegos con estarland.

Hola Unifón - Por desgracia amenaza para obtener lo que se va a conseguir que en ninguna parte. Esto no corresponde a lapoblación en general en los foros si obtiene el apoyo de Argentina, pero como parece en la actualidad no hay soporte y no el tiempo estimado en que habrá apoyo para la región. No es culpa de nadie más que su propia honestidad para tratar de burlar el sistema puesto en marcha en la actualidad en donde hemos hecho una cuenta de Xbox Live por medio de otro país en el que no vive. Por lo tanto, echarle la culpa a la gente no te va a ayudar a todos. Usted no puede utilizar los puntos de Microsoftde comprar, porque hay restricciones región. Si usted tiene una cuenta en EE.UU. y vive en Argentina, por supuesto, usted noserá capaz de descargar el contenido. No hay manera de evitarlo, es definitivo.

Hello Unifon - Unfortunately threatening to get your way is going to get you no where. This isn't up to the general population on the forums if you get support in Argentina but as it seems currently there is no support and no estimated time when there will be support for the region. It's no one's fault but your own honestly for trying to circumvent the system put in place currently in where you've made an XBOX Live account using another country where you do NOT live. Therefore putting the blame on people is not going to help you at all. You cannot use the Microsoft points you purchase because there are region restrictions. If you have a US account and live in Argentina of course you won't be able to download the content. There's no way around it, that's final.

Taladriz. Me funciono sin problemas Estarland, compre 3 juegos en 3 envios. Y todos llegaron en tiempo y forma.

Pero entre al foro justamente para comentarles que ayer, con una cuenta de paypal asociada a mi tarjeta de credito local (American Express) pude comprar Microsoft Points. Probe comprando el juego Fruit Ninja Kinetik y funciono perfectamente.

It is not up to MS where XBL is allowed. That is up to several factors; international, copyright, license, local and government law all play a part. The latter two play the most important and biggest part. Talk to your government.

When you agree to the Terms of Service you agree to follow the rules MS has set forth. One of those rules is to not alter your console or its contents. Should you disregard that warning then MS has every right to ban the console from accessing their service. You can blame your government for the prices in your region. MS has no control over your money system or its value.

Again, it is your fault you lied about your live in region. You have no one to blame but yourself for the lack of features/content on your Marketplace. If you do not physically live in the region you lied about when you created your account then you are not entitled to any of the content from that region.

It isn't fraud (on MS's part) when you lie about where you live. If anything it is fraud on your part. You have no rights on the XBL service. You agreed to their Terms of Service.

master yo me puse en mexico y ahora no sabia en que moneda estaban los puntos, entre al foro y me acabas de salvar unos billetes. te lo agradezco y me pliego atu reclamo. lo que pasa que la mayoria la flasheo y los yoni nos castigaron por ser el pais con mas porsentaje de consolas baneadas. espero que se rervierta, prque sino la flasheo yo tambien.
