Urgent - Beta update fail

I am signed up to the beta testing for xbox one updates... 

Problem one - i cannot access the beta forum

Problem 2 and 100% the main problem....   xbox one forces me to update - either update or turn off....    so i do the update and it gets to 100%... goes to restart the console... except it never turns back on. I have to reset the power cable then turn it back on... put it just keeps doing this time after time again. 

I need this fixed and when i rang ms support they said they couldn't help!     I need it to stop asking to update or someone from MS fix the update!

I've had the updates for months but never had a single glitch or problem.... now I can't use my xbox at all

I spoke to online help chat who sent me a 20mb file which started the update process again but this time I had to set the time etc... Then prompted for the same beta update. . Gets to 100% and then never restarts... Once I turn off power from the supply and restart it asks me to update again

You still cannot access the preview forum I will give your GT to registration support it could be that is causing the problem it can take a couple of days

When you say cannot access the BETA forums - can you see the link at least or not? And did you sign up for the BETA from the beginning? Or just applied the updates while not in the BETA program?  If your machine received the BETA then it should allow you  to access the forums.

i signed up to the beta from the start and no i cannot see a link / when i click provided on another thread i get group does not exist.

I do want to pull out of the beta as this latest update has bricked my machine and according to MS support i have to now send this off for repair.

really unhappy with support...    I call them and i am told to post on the forum which i told them i couldn't access. I then speak to online chat help, who send me a reset file that will "100% fix" the problem, and yet didn't. Speak to another operative via chat and ask to be put on to her manager who promises me personally that he will get this resolved and i will receive a call back within 10 minutes, and that was 50 minutes ago.      This is so frustrating, bricked machine due to beta. second time i've had to send my xbox away in 6 months.

Not to sound like a troll, but maybe the beta preview isn't for you.  I wouldn't get into it anymore if it causes this much hassle for you.

As for the private forum, do you see the tab at the top of this page that says, "Xbox Early Access"?
