I purchased the xbox promotion on the 2 year contract gold for my family, but can not upgrade to family as the instructions say. It only allows Gold on my name, and all options for family do not appear. Can someone assist me on fixing this?
Only the Billing Folks can resolve issues involving the Entertainment For All (i.e., two year contract) accounts. I suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option
