Is it a known problem when someone tries to upgrade a xbox live account to gold and it just gives an error saying that you found a glitch and such
Here are a couple things you can try
1. Clear browser histroy and then tyry to upgrade again.
2. Try a different browser
3. Upgrade your membership on Xbox Live instead of trying to do it on Xbox.com
