Upgrading my membership

I have problem to upgrade my membership. Whenever I try, I cant fill in the billing information because I cant change the country. What shud I do??? The country am living in is Belgium, but the country in billing info is US!!

Once set a region of an account cannot be changed if you want to use a belguim creditcard you will have to create a belguim account

Or stick to us prepaid cards however you will run into issues with region locked content

Actually he will be able to upgrade his membership to Gold status, as memberships are not region coded, however Microsoft Points are.

Sonic: While the prepaid LIVE card may activate on the account, there are plenty of other issues that can arise from having your LIVE account region not accurately set. It is highly recommended that the user create a new account with his proper region.
