Upgrading from Gold to Family Gold Membership

I am totally confused and would like to know how I upgrade my Son's single Gold Membership to a Family Gold Membership.  There does'nt appear to be anything on line to allow me to do this. Will I have to ring them?  I am trying to avoid this as I don't want to spend hours on the phone.  I know I am entitled to a refund on the single membership as I have only had it a couple of months but have no idea who to change.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

As far as I know Child Accounts are not eligible to upgrade to a Family Pack sub. Maybe someone else can confirm this as truth or not?

If that is the case and your sons account is a Child Account then you'll need an Adult Account to make the purchase.

But the Family Pack FAQ should answer the most common questions going.

For every 2 months an account has being added to the Family plan it will add 1 month to the family plan.

So 13 months would be 6 months on the family plan - Up to 36months can be stacked on the family plan
