Upgrading back to a gold account

I am trying to upgrade back to a gold account but it won't let me. It stopped my gold account when i lost my bank card. Now i have entered the new details it is not letting me upgrade. When i try on my xbox it says 'Can't retrieve information from xbox live. Please try again later'  and then gives a status code. When i have tried online throught the webpage it tells my i have found a glitch! Anyone help?

I see that you are currently gold, does this mean you are no longer having an issue? If you are, please be specific about your issue (what LIVE are you trying to buy, what payment method, complete error messages/codes).
