Upgraded to Gold / Says Silver on one screen / Gold on another

 

I can't seem to get my account in sync. From the web page my account has been upgraded to Gold. When I login to my xbox, it says silver. When I click on manage my account, it says I'm gold. I can't use Netflix because it doesn't think I'm gold. When I look at upgrade options Gold isn't shown because I'm already gold.

Tried rebooting, logging back out and in, no help.

Please help.

My connection is fine. Downloads updated, sample games, etc. All fine. Where do I go to attempt to recover my account?

Even if your connection is fine, testing it can sometimes help your gamertag sync correctly. It's also usually faster than recovering your account.
