Updating Payment options

about a week ago a message popped up saying i needed to update my payment options, i then didnt this and it said it would take a while , a week later and it still wont let me play online , can anyone help.

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Hey there Guido! Just to confirm, are you having trouble paying for content, or are you having trouble adding a payment method? If the latter, please visit https://commerce.microsoft.com and confirm that all your information is current and correct (name, address, region, etc.) and that the information on your payment method matches this. If it all does and you are still unable to add multiple payment methods and/or purchase multiple pieces of content, follow the links Vibroplex provided to get in touch with a billing agent.
