updating my payment information

everytime i try to put my new information in and proceed on to successfully updating my payment it says UH OH LOOKS LIKE YOUVE FOUNT A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM

The website is a bit buggy as of late the only suggest is to try changing your details via the console in your profiles account settings.

I'm having this issue as well and Auswolf's answer isn't working on my end, might have to actually talk to an xbox employee.

I hate this place so much.
