As onyx stated above, a full code and as much of the actual error message you can provide will help us to help you.
That said, in regards to the "finding a glitch in the system" message on the website, I occasionally get this message as well (using Firefox as my web browser) and find that "Clearing Recent History," specifically the Cache and Cookies, often fixes the
problem. Give it a try and see if it helps you at all.
