Updating/ Adding a new payment option error

My old payment method is no longer valid as the card was stolen and cancelled.

I got an email asking me to log in and add a valid payment, which i've done but everytime i try to apply the membership to my new card i get the following error

My billing info and card details are correct and i've even tried using paypal.
