update loop on dashboard , help !

Last Night i Play GTA IV , in game my xbox Freez . i reset xbox and this time freeze in dashboard and i reset it again, this time show me new update available from Xbox live

but i know that my dashboard is last updated ! i prees No and in dashboard again Freeze !

i select  yes update download but not happend !! and again "download update...."

i try update with Flash Memory but show this error : "some xbox360 features are missing or corrupt....."

i try 10 or 20 times and can reach to dashboard (20 3o times freez in dashboard in random place)  i play game and shod this error : E71

i try this steps :

1- without hard = faster freeze and no chance to get to dashbord

2- without internet = faster freeze and no chance to get to dashbord

3- with hard & internet = show new update from live... and can fast reach to dashboard (Max 1 Min)

4- Remove System Cache

5- LT RT X LT RT X

6- Hold sync Buttom for install dashboard....

in 10 times update and show massage "some Xbox360 Features....." update complete and no error show ! i can play or in dashboard (Max 20 Min) and again freeze and if i reset my xbox agaaaaaaaaaaaaain new update from live....

please help me what i can do ?

i cant send my xbox to repair , so help me :(

Hello IR06 DynamiC! Unfortunately the E71 error code along with the freezing even when the hard drive removed points to a likely hardware fault that would require a repair. You can set one up via the Online Service Center: myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx
