Update help thread #12390583

I downloaded the update, my Xbox restarted and another 'downloading' bar popped up. The bar never filled up any and an error message popped up (I don't remember what it said exactly), however the new dashboard and everything appears to have installed, but I'm unable to connect to Live. I've restarted my router and modem but the test always fails to connect to my Network.

I'm using a network bridge with my laptop to connect if that helps any.

Please help.
