Hello

Try this

  1. Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
  2. Access the update file.
  3. Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
  4. Unzip the file. If you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
  5. Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your flash drive.
  6. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
  7. Plug the flash drive into a USB port on your Xbox 360 console.
  8. Restart the console.
  9. When the console restarts, the installation program starts automatically. Select Yes when you are prompted to update the new console software.

Note If the issue persists, submit a repair request online.

I did some research on this code and the only people I could find who've had this code in the past had modded consoles.  Sorry I couldn't help further.

Hello ReezyMx,

As stated by onyx62is, this error code is commonly seen when a console has been banned or suspended from Xbox LIVE. It does not appear in the Error code section for Xbox LIVE because it is a Category 2 Code method used to distinguish Xbox Connectivity from Xbox Restrictions Statuses.

Is this an admittance that you have a modded console?  If so, then there's nothing that can be done.

Was this ever resolved? I have an unmodded xbox that died mid-through a system update from GTA5 and it's been stuck ever since and no cancel/quit options.
