Unknown Migration

My xbox live membership is about to end. about half or a month ago, my account was hacked and they changed my motto and other personal things but the main thing is my region. They changed my region to the united states and I can't change back for another 2 months. I don't have an american credit card so I can't buy any more. I do not want to start a new profile because I worked very hard on this. Is there anyway I can change my region back to Australia?. Thanks.

Hey Rain! Did you ever open up an unauthorized access report with Support after this incident? If not, you can try doing that are they can change your region back if they found you were compromised. Alternatively you can simply try calling phone support to see if they will perform a manual transfer for you after you explain the situation. I recommend the second option! Let us know what country you are for the phone number.

Hi ,

check this link to contact Xbox Support, it should have a Microsoft Support Chat option as well, which as far as I know should be able to assist with this problem

To contact them use support.xbox.com/contact-us

Well, there's a toll free number you can call so next time you're at a pay phone or another phone you can use, you can give Support a call at 1800 555 741
