Unknown error whilst trying to purchase Xbox Live

I've been trying to (re)purchase Xbox Live Gold, after the card I was using to pay for it got cancelled. The issue is, when I get to the payment thing, it comes up with 'an error occurred' and gives me the following error code:

I've looked it up and there are literally no results that correspond with this error code, so what do I do? I've tried 2 different cards for payment.

Did you try removing all the cards attached to your profile then doing it over?

or try going to the hard drive(System Settings>Memory>Hard Drive) and hit Y.  Then you clear the cache and reboot the 360.

if these steps dont help you might need to call support :( I hope you get it fixed
