I had an acc stolen from me two weeks ago. They somehow obtained my login info and retrieved my acc. Said person then behaved maliciously online with my acc before he signed out and the freeze/investigation began. I've been calling xbl customer support to check in on the progress and they told me they have no direct connection to the investigation team. I was told the best way to find out my case status was to set up a thread on this forum. The dude on the phone told me it is monitored and someone would respond to me.
