Unauthorized Access Claim

I had an acc stolen from me two weeks ago. They somehow obtained my login info and retrieved my acc. Said person then behaved maliciously online with my acc before he signed out and the freeze/investigation began. I've been calling xbl customer support to check in on the progress and they told me they have no direct connection to the investigation team. I was told the best way to find out my case status was to set up a thread on this forum. The dude on the phone told me it is monitored and someone would respond to me.

If you're implying that the person who took your account got it banned while your unauthorized access claim was in play, the XBLPET can give you a reason why the account was suspended but any information regarding the UA claims are delt with privately. When the investigation is complete, you should recieve an email to the address you provided to Xbox Support. Please see this link and post regarding the bans: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

Also please include the gamertag in question.

Unfortunately the guy on the phone gave the wrong advice. No one on the forums has access to the investigation information. You'd have to wait to hear back from them.

No the offender did not get my acc banned from XBL. However they behaved maliciously with it by quitting out of games and lowering its true skill level. I want to talk to someone involved in the UA investigation concerning the progress and their course of action towards the offender.

XBLPET monitors the forums and can PM or respond in the forum. This is my first time here so I'm not sure how it goes. I was hoping to start a private thread or back-and-forth to get some details. I want in on the loop sorta speak.

The XBLPET only post in account suspension forum that GronTron posted the link to earlier. However, they will only reply to threads related to why an account is suspended/banned.
