I've tried several times today to upgrade my account to Family Gold and I get the following error message.

I've tried 3 different payment types and they all do the same thing. I've used one of them several times in the marketplace without issue.
Also, I stupidly put on my PayPayl account and now they won't let me remove it.
I do NOT want to call Xbox Support and have to tell them my CC information over the phone.
