I am trying to transfer my content licenses to a new console. I follow the instructions from the License Transfer option on Xbox.com, sign into LIVE and then click "Next" but nothing ever happens. Can you please transfer the licenses?
There are MS employees on these forums but you have already been given an answer as to what you need to do. The sooner you call support about it the sooner you can get back to gaming. Or you can wait a day or two or three for an MS employee to happen
along your post and then tell you the same information. Actually forum support has been good at responding within a few hours if even that, but why wait when you can get it done now by phone?
