Unable to sign in, no keyboard on the screen

Hi,

I purchased the Xbox One , it updated, reset and then froze; so I reset it and it seemed to have worked fine. When it asked me to sign in, there was no virtual keyboard, so I wasn't able to type in my info. Once I used the iPhone app to remotely sign in, the console won't install games. It starts, goes to 0%, then stops. Every. Time. Different games, same effect.

I'm having the same issue.  Tells me to sign in from home and it freezes

same issue cept somehow i managed to get bf4 installed before i d/led smartglass. bf4 will run but now i cant get forza or ryse to install

ok by disconnecting from the internet and restarting i got ryse to install. kinect voice also does not workim in the callback queue for support

same problem there is no keyboard unable to reset and sign in spoke to ms support no help from them
