Unable to send console for repair

When I make a repair request at the end I am greeted with a mostly-blank page displaying a message in red text that reads: "An error occurred. Please try again. An error occurred. Please try again."

I've tried multiple times over a 5 day period. It won't work.

I've also tried with multiple accounts, all which had Xbox Live.

I've also tried with 4 different browsers.

Same problem here...registered device...wanted to send in my device on several browsers - getting weird errors! Since days!!!

Hey folks,

I'd suggest getting them to give you a callback and arrange this console exchange to happen by phone.

They can raise the exchange ticket on your behalf if you provide them the info.
