I am trying to renew my subscription to Xbox LIVE Gold Membership but every time I go through the process and click the "Confirm Purchase" button I get this error:
This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later.
Similarly, when I try to complete the purchase through the console itself it says:
Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.
Status Code: 8016CE52
Is this an issue that only I am having? If not, is there any estimate to when it will be fixed?
