Unable to load to dashboard

hi all,

Last night I went and did a silly thing.

Was playing splinter cell blacklist.  However upon starting a mission, the game requested for me to change to disc 2. I felt like stopping my gaming session and tried to exit game via home button. The game did not allow me to do so. Then I did the stupid thing and I powered off my console.

This morning I started up my 360 again. It froze whenever I tried to login to live. It just froze halfway when loading the dashboard

Error code given as 80151011

I then tried emptying my cache and deleting my profile and re-downloading it. I even went to the extend of deleting my saved game (T_T)

I also tried deleting updates by pressing LB RB X LB RB X

Then I tried to download my profile after all those steps. My profile is downloaded but still I'm not able to reach my dashboard. 

Oh I've also tried changing my password but all these to no avail

Help anyone?

have you tried to remove the HDD by chance?

also the sequence is: Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

Solution 3: If you recently signed up for two-step verification, create a unique app password in your Microsoft account

Solution 4: Delete and then re-download your Xbox Live profile

No I didn't remove my  HDD

also tired the sequence provided and didn't do anything

I've verified my security stuff. My newly changed password is working fine for this forum and also on accounts live

I'm now stuck at the end of the download profile step

The download bar completed and I'm at the page telling me that my profile was added to the console. It tells me the press A to continue but my console is unresponsive

Hello there again, ELFH

If you have done all 6 following solutions without doing the one two miss a few ninety nine a hundred rotene in other words, skipped or skimmed through it. I`d like you to try go "Offline" to access your Xbox 360 Dashboard and Xbox profile. This means no "Internet Connection" For your Xbox 360.

Make sure to remove "all" plugins/devices connected to your usb ports. Make sure you have nothing plugged into your "xbox 360 usb ports" such as "memory sticks" or "xbox live vision cameras" or maybe even a "kinect". I`d also like to ask you a series of questions.

*What xbox 360 version are you using xbox 360 s or xbox 360 e maybe an older version?, Xbox 360 core/premium/elite/arcade/super elite.

*What size of GB HDD are you using?. 320GB /250GB /4GB

*Are you sure your hard drive is an official xbox 360 hard drive with a seal of approval?

Just because it`s compatible with the Xbox 360 does not mean it`s an official product or it`s approved. For example, configuring your memory stick to be compatible with the Xbox 360 does not mean it`s official. It`s the same with the HDD just because your configuring it to be compatible.

I did steps 1 and 2 skipped 3 because I did not go for any 2 step verification. At the end of 4 my xbox froze.

Had to manually power off my xbox.  Will reboot my console and then reinstall the updates again.

I'm currently at work but I'm using a USB xbox controller by Microsoft. My HDD is 250g and I have never replaced it at all. I'm using the back xbox 360 elite

I'm able to access my profile and the dashboard by putting my xbox offline and not connecting to live.

I've also had confirmation from another friend who is facing the same issue that our xbox is not able to load till dashboard if we attempt to connect to xbl.  

Both of us are staying in Singapore. Is there any issue with xbl service in Asia?
