Currently I am unable to download my xbo live profile on my 360. In fact, I can't even sign into it on the website without being directed to an error 404. This account is another one I made for the sole purpose of making this thread.
It's been like this since I deleted my profile because I was booted off and asked to delete and redownload it.
So far I have done the following:
- restarted my xbox
- restarted my router
- powercycled my xbox
- cleared the cache
- deleted and reinstalled system update
- enabled 2 step verification
- changed parental account
- waited for lizard squad to stop ddosing
Despite 4 chat sessions and 1 call to Xbox support this is still the case. I am truly glad that this is a service I actually pay money for.
I pose 2 questions. 1) What is wrong with my account? 2) What (if any) steps can be taken so I can actually play on it again?
