Unable to download profile???!

Xbox live keeps disconnecting, so I thought maybe if I just download my profile onto my main drive (It's on a flash drive), maybe that would fix it again. Now I'm being told I'm unable to download my profile right now? WTF??? Now I can't even access my profile.

Ok, I've done all of that stuff, NAT STILL comes up strict, but what I find weird is now that I finally have my profile back on the hard drive and not the flash drive...it seems to work.

Why does it now seem to be that this new update broke the flash drive compatibility.

If your NAT type is strict, then you will have to contact your network administrator (ISP) and ask them to open your NAT.  Thanks!

Hey Luke, NAT issues are often addressable without calling the ISP. :-) Ex, I understand that you didn't encounter this issue before the update, but I think we can get things straightened out. Can you please take maybe 15 minutes to work through this official support page? It has a number of steps to try for resolving strict or moderate NAT issues. Please let us know how it goes!
