unable to download my profile

Have tried downloading my account on 3 different xbox consoles and keep receiving the error - 801540B7 and now have no xbox use s all my saved games are through my profile.

1hat can I do? the support line said to reset the password which have done

Hey SLEAZY - just to verify (hard to remember if you have performed this), have you logged into login.live.com and looked for any flags or errors?

Okay, sorry for re-recommending that step! To avoid doing the same again, would you be able to tell us everything that phone support suggestions, that way we don't try to re-hash previously-tried support steps? :-)
