Unable to connect to Xbox live

Get an error message when I sign in saying your console can't connect to Xbox live etc etc and then some numbers below it which we're 80151014. Tried testing connection, all fine, I am still a gold member, I have tried clearing cache, no solution has worked yet. I have never seen this message before. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Delete your profile and redownload it. Most of the time it will clear up what you are experiencing.

Delete a gamer profile

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select one of the following:

Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Then just resign in and it should clear up the issue. Please report back if this helps resolve your issue.
