I'm sorry to hear that you're having Issues. The Error Code that you received usually has to do with "Invalid Account Entry" or "Profile Cannot Be Downloaded at this time". This occurs If you entered the wrong Username/Password or If there's A Issue with
your Microsoft Account.
Make sure you're entering the correct Account Information.
Check your Microsoft Account on Xbox.com.
Reset your Microsoft Account Password
or Go to the Windows Solution Center
