I recently moved from the UK to CZ, bringing my Xbox 360 with me. Whenever I try to make a purchase I get a 80150017 error.
I've logged into my account to try to change the region, but it always fails with the "There’s a problem completing your move right now..." error.
I meet all of the criteria on the support page. Could it be that I have a UK Credit Card tied to my account for a One Drive subscription which is causing this error?
I'm on the verge of buying a Xbox One, but it's pretty pointless until this can be resolved.
