Unable to accept new terms of use.

So, I've got a multitude of issues connected to my account today for some odd reason. I apologise in advance if this is the wrong forum to post this problem on.  

I should preface this by saying that I created my account some time ago, and had a parental e-mail attached to the account. This e-mail has been deleted a while ago, but hasn't posed any issues for me as yet, until now. With the new terms being released, I need to have verification from this e-mail address (which no longer exists). 

I have tried logging in to xbox.com, which has worked to an extent, I am able to access the support area of the website, but whenever I am prompted to accept the terms of use, it doesn't allow me to accept them. I tick the box, and click accept, but this brings me back to the sign in page, every time. 

Is there any way to rectify this? Thank you in advance for any help.

You need to log in as the parent account when you are given the second login after checking that you accept. The parent login will be given the chance to accept and then it works. Had the same problem today with my Wife's account.

Now that they did away with the Family Gold membership, this sucks they broke them apart, but still have them linked and no way to get them broken apart online. Phone support is clueless and sucks!

I have the same problem but my parents email is not working any more. How do I change it ??

I have the same problem, I dont even remember what the "parent" email was, support is just useless and there is no way to open the game App in Windows 8...

Titan RS, the account that used to be the parent account got deleted last year or so, meaning I can't access it anymore. Basically, what I need is a way to remove that account without having to log in to it. Or, a means to circumvent that account via xbox.com, as I've done in the past.

You can change the parent email on account management I think, but you need to sign in to get on that.. You can't sign in though because you need to accept the terms of use, which you cant because you need your parents email.. This is so freaking stupid

I'm having the same issues, I'm basically locked out of my own gamertag until I can figure the damn password to the account my parents set over 6 years ago that's probably not even active anymore.
