When I try to buy a movie on Xbox video, I keep getting a message telling me I am not in the location that my Xbox live account was created in. I can not buy movies, I know that it is wrong about my location, I have never been anywhere else, I do not even have a passport or a car. I also had the same problem as you did, But it must have fixed itself because I can log into my account now.

@dark mercanary - for future reference please do not bump older threads.  You'll get faster help if you create a new one.

The error you received suggests that your gamertag is not set to the same country that you live in.  For example, you live in the US but have your gamertag set to Canada.  When you do this you risk having issues with purchasing/downloading/playing items from the marketplace.

If you do a region change to your actual country you should have no further issues.
