Hello, I have called multiple times asking for the status on my Unauthorized Access Report and it seems to never change. Going on 2 months now (started on Sept 31st.) my account has been out of my possession. The account was migrated to New Zealand, and is part of the FIFA 12 hackings. I would really appreciate it if a specialist could allow me to PM them the details of my investigation so they could take a look. I am afraid it has been forgotten and stuck in limbo. I have gotten no emails from Xbox support, and I confirmed the alternate email address was correct the many times I have called. This is being sent from my alternate account, on which I had to purchase gold with because I have not been sent any Xbox Live codes. Thanks in advance for helping me out!
