UA Investigation going on for over 2 months. Please Help!

Hello, I have called multiple times asking for the status on my Unauthorized Access Report and it seems to never change. Going on 2 months now (started on Sept 31st.) my account has been out of my possession. The account was migrated to New Zealand, and is part of the FIFA 12 hackings. I would really appreciate it if a specialist could allow me to PM them the details of my investigation so they could take a look. I am afraid it has been forgotten and stuck in limbo. I have gotten no emails from Xbox support, and I confirmed the alternate email address was correct the many times I have called. This is being sent from my alternate account, on which I had to purchase gold with because I have not been sent any Xbox Live codes. Thanks in advance for helping me out!

Well I suggest you should go and buy a PS3 since microsoft is ignoring your problem because at least they have good customer support.

Going on almost 5 months myself. I keep calling this Xbox Exception Analyst that emailed but he never answers. I've left about 5 or 6 voice mails in the last 11 days (since Nov 21) since I got the email from this person. Even then only got this email 3 days after having filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Well for one you can't migrate to new Zealand as that was an original Xbox live region

And was never an option so that had to be your original region As stated by support if there is notes they will pass them to you Otherwise you will have to wait for the phonecall or email

I am business day 24, no email or call from support, So I am on the second month as well, started Nov 1.

I just wanted to thank you guys for being so patient with the Support Team. I know they have a flood of requests this time of year and I know that will never be a good reason to hear that your case is taking a while. Please keep your chins up and the emails will come letting you know your account and membership are back to the way they were before this frustrating event happened!

@ngocphi Actually NZ was not my original region, and I would know considering I have had the account for 3 years stating the country was US. All I know is my accounts country is now NZ and it was definitely US before. And It was stated by support the investigation would be no longer than 25 business days, so I am starting to think I would not get an email unless I posted on the forums.

Doesn't matter new Zealand cannot be used for migration all the regions that were supported migration is in Europe or south America  and africa

The supported regions for the migration tool was Poland ,czech ,Russia ,chile ,brazil ,south Africa , greece , colombia, Hungary

No other regions were ever supported and the tool was disabled

So are you telling forums users they can magically counter the limitations of the tool and move to an existing xbox region

Perhaps he is simply referring to his WLID region being changed from the US to New Zealand which is entirely possible; or perhaps they used Zune.net to change his region from the US to New Zealand.  While they can not change his billing.microsoft.com data from the US, they can change many other aspects of his account tied to his WLID to alternative regions.

 

When my account was compromised it was moved to the UK; everything but the billing.  Zune reflected UK; WLID account information reflected UK; the billing remained US.

 

So please try to open up to the possibility what UncrownedPilot5 stated may have a shred of truth to it instead of trying to poke holes.

 

Considering my specific breach showed they used Zune and two completely different gamertags than my own to complete the gamertag theft -- demonstrates there are some kiddos out there who have a more advanced knowledge of Microsoft's client-side scripting such that they can manipulate the system to do things you would otherwise not expect them to be able to.  Perhaps use the former migration tool to actually move an account to NZ?
