Ty MS 3 day turn around after account was hacked.

My account was hacked on 1-10-12, my account has been restored 1-13-12.

All of my ms points are back on my account, the 130 dollars the hackers charged to my bank should be fully refunded within 2 business days.

My most sincere apologizes to the Micro Soft customer service reps whom were forced to deal with me, as i was a very emotional/negative customer. 

You told me 25 days, yet handled it in 3. I thank you very much for the quick turn around. Faith is more than restored in your company, and once again thank you for everything.

P.S --  I knew the money would be returned no matter what, but i didnt expect MS to handle this , this quickly. Good job MS team !

I wonder if they bothered with any real investigation per sey.  I imagine they just saw "FIFA 12" in your play list, looked up your WLID on a list of accounts they know were compromised (perhaps they received this from their legal department recently... hint... hint...) and said "let's just give him his account back"...

Wow! That is great! And thank you for apoligizing to the customer service reps. I work in that industry and it is not fun to be yelled and screamed and cursed at by people who fail to believe what you are telling them is the truth!

I have the hackers XBox id number, and their email written down.. I hope said person gets arrested...
