Two weeks and still no resolution

I'm posting just about everywhere on the forums, over two weeks ago I had a communication ban lifted but I still cannot use voice function. Suggestion after suggestion by those at xbox fails and even now with the dash update still nothing, I did have a work around of using two accounts but now that won't even work.

I am increasingly fed up with the poor service and god forbid if I actually had a major console error as I'm sure pigs would fly before getting anywhere with xbox "support"

Hi Tezamistic, 

This is a known issue that the Xbox team is working on, however at the moment there is no ETA on resolution. I would suggest following this thread for updates. When there is a resolution it will be posted there.
