Got a slight issue on my x-box and I can't remember how to fix it.
I originally signed up to LIVE on my original X-box as a silver, mainly to play games and download stuff but I used another account to play my games offline because I had a name I didn't want to put on LIVE, due to potential copyright issues.
When the ability to name change came along, I changed the name causing the issue and switched that one to my main account online as well and carried on downloading stuff, at this point I also did a license transfer and brought all the games I'd downloaded on my original silver account to my main one.
Two odd years later and a change over to the new slimline x-box and kinect has raised an issue. All my profiles/accounts transfers cleanly with the cable when I first got the machine. However I can't find how to switch the licences from my old (now not used at all) Silver account, and my main Gold one.
It's frustrating as I used the x-box LIVE site to do it last time, but there seems no info on doing it here now. Its also odd as all the older games I purchased in my first two years as a xbox gamer are trial on my Gold account, even though I have achievement points etc on them.
Is there a fix, am I just missing a page here on the site
Any help would be appreciated.
