Turn Off Zune Auto-Renewal?

Hey guys, I've just had an email telling me my Zune Pass is going to automatically renew from a 14 day trial to a month by month subscription at £8.99 per month. I don't really use the service & only signed up to try it out.

I've tried all the usual stuff, checking auto-renewal on Xbox.com isn't turned on, checking the support pages etc but the auto-renewal setting only applies to my Gold membership. The following screenshot shows that the trial has linked itself to my payment option but as far as I know it will auto-renew at the end of the trial, which is friday. http://img827.imageshack.us/img827/79/74745806.png

Can someone shed some light on how I can remove this subscription using Xbox.com? If not, I guess I'll have to phone support, although it's something I'd rather avoid.

Sorted, thanks for that. I assumed it would be on my Xbox Live account settings since I signed up to the trial through XBL. Thanks for the link. :)

due we both need help your gonna start being charged for ever like i have it sucks they have no working numbers if you find a solution please i mean PLEASE HELP ME

hey i just found out that the only way to turn off zune auto renew is to call in to 18004699269 and ask the xbox support to turn it off

I just went to support.xbox.com/contact and chatted with somebody from xbox support and they fixed it in under 5 minutes. :-)  hope this helps

All i did was go to this link and turned automatic renewal off :)
