Turn Off auto renewal

Hi I want to turn off my auto renewal but it keeps sending me codes and I'm not getting anywhere...

Yea actually i know a friend who had the same issue, she received her code but didn't now, everyone tells me to call support, I'll try thank you all. :)

Thru my own experience these codes are sent instantly and the page were u need to enter the security code automatically pops up ,its pretty self explanatory from there

Yeah that should solve the problem as long as the email address you have registered for Xbox live/windows live is still valid you should be good to go let us know how you get on

Those codes are sent to verify your computer and to verify that you are the owner of your account. You're sent these when you click on "My account" and it tells you to enter the security code, go check your email, then enter that code. It will allow you to proceed, then do what I have said above.

yes actually they are security codes, it keeps sending codes but I don't receive any and I want to turn it off as soon as possible.

The codes it sent you are they security codes or are you logged in on Xbox.com and wat are the codes ?

thank you all i tried all that but it didn't work, perhaps I try calling support now, but i really don't want to :(

If you are at the Xbox.com home, go to "My account"

You should see this page

Your automatic renewal should say "On". I have disabled it myself. Click on "Change" under automatic renewal.

Now remember, yours should say "On" until you click change. After you click change, it should bring you to a page confirming your change. Confirm it. And there you go!

Because all u nerd do is click on manage account and click off on the turn off automatic renewal
