Trying to upgrade to family pack but get error

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my single Gold account to a family pack, however when ever I try and confirm the payment, I get the following error message:

"This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later."

Is anyone else getting this?

Sounds like your payment option may be failing to authorize. Try purchasing it from the console, if it fails from the console you'll get a more specific error message and sometimes even a status code that people can decipher on the forums. good luck!
