Trying to download Live profile...getting error message every time...

Hey, my friend is visiting and we both play xbox. We want to do split-screen, but I cannot download her profile. We get 1/3 of the way through before we get an error message (80151012). It happens every single time we do it.

We both have Live up and running. We cleared my cache as well.

What are we doing wrong?

There is something wrong with your Microsoft account. Go to account.live.com ( try logging in first )

It may say " it looks like someone might be using your account " verify your identity with the options it gives. Or fill out the support form ( located under I cant use any of these options "

or

1.Go to the Reset your password page. 2.Click to select I think someone else is using my Microsoft account. 3.Click Reset your password.

Alright, so this error code means that your friends profile is locked, most likely due to the fact she is trying to download it in a new location.

To fix this, just have your friend login to live.com, and reset her password.
