Trying to change the email for my XBL account.It says to have no funds in your account and make sure it hasn't been moved in 30 days.

But does signing in on another xbox 360 count as moving?And how am I suposed to get rid of 74 cents?!

Any help would be great. ^ ~ ^

Apologies, but are you trying to say that you have an outstanding balance on your account?  If so, please reach out to Xbox Phone Support and get in touch to a Billing Specialist with this matter at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (US & Canada) so they can resolve that for you.

If you would like to change your primary email linked to your Microsoft Account, please click here: Manage your sign-in email or phone number

Please note that you must Add email alias if you do not have another email on your account already.  You can not remove a primary email without adding another email.

Hi there,

if you got a remainder on the balance of your account, you can still spend it by on something with a higher price, you can do this by using a different payment option.

Selecting the payment options for the purchase should show you the option to use those 74 cents too.

So if something is priced 5.00 you select the payment option to purchase that and after selection you should get the option to use those 74 cents too, so your balance on the account will be 0 and the payment via the payment option will be 4.26.
