trying to add a family member day 3

Thanks to Olga, i've added a family member. Now i have another problem, this is a nightmare! , now , it seems that we have different Region, the faq talks about , the live id have to be in the same region, what is tallking about? We both changed the region from hotmail, this is the place? it is possible to do this? we have to create a new live id? we set the same country in the console too. thanks

When you create a LIVE account, it asks you what region you are in. If you change this to France (for example) your account will now and forever be French. There is no way to change this. The only thing you can do is create a new LIVE account and be careful to select the appropriate region.

Thanks a lot for your response. Do yo know how to figure out what is my real region? becouse the family plan is in my hotmail user and only god knows 15 years ago which region i choose that time, so i could open a new live id account with the correct region.

A region cannot be changed once set

All the family accounts must be in the same region to be added

You will have to create a new account for the correct region if one isn't in the same region

how do I manage then, if I have paid for my gold family thing and my region is completely different because I just moved from one country to another?????? I cant add anyone to my account???
